Orders and payment
Can I order just one case?
Yes, you can order a single case; there is no minimum order. Every case is printed as orders come in, to fit the phone model you pick.
Is payment secure?
Yes: payments are taken through iyzico by credit or debit card with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are never stored on YupCase systems.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, we don't offer cash on delivery at the moment: orders are paid by credit or debit card when you place them.
How does buy 3, pay for 2 work?
For every 3 cases in your cart, the cheapest one is free. It works across different designs and different phone models too; the discount is applied in your cart automatically.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before your case goes into production: write to us straight away and we'll cancel your order and refund your payment. For ready-made designs already in production, you can use your right of withdrawal after delivery. Contact us
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes. For a company, school, club or event, send us your bulk order request through the contact form by choosing the “Bulk / corporate order” topic, or on WhatsApp; we'll plan it together based on quantity and design. Contact us
Shipping and delivery
When will my order ship?
Your case is made just for you and handed to the courier within 3 working days in most cases. Shipping costs ₺140; shipping is free on orders of ₺1,000 or more. When your order ships, the tracking number comes by email; you can also follow your order on the order tracking page. Track your order
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and the mobile number you gave with your order on the order tracking page to see your order status. Your order number is in your order confirmation email; when your order ships, the tracking number is emailed to you too. Track your order
Where are the cases made?
Our production site: İstanbul, Beylikdüzü. Cases are printed there one by one as orders come in, then handed to the courier.
Are the reviews on the site real, and how can I write one?
Only buyers who have received their case can write reviews: through the link emailed after delivery, or the “Review your case” button on the order tracking page. Every review is linked to an order and checked before it is published; negative reviews are published too, and only insults, personal information, advertising or content unrelated to the product are left out. Your review shows your first name and the initial of your surname, or you can post anonymously; you can add photos too. Track your order
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my case?
Yes: ready-made designs come with a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Cases printed with a name or number are made just for you, so they are not covered by the right of withdrawal; any product with a production fault is replaced. Returns and exchange terms

What if my case arrives faulty or for the wrong model?
If you receive the wrong model, a printing error or a faulty product, write to us with a photo; we'll send you a new one or refund you, and we cover the shipping. This also applies to cases printed with a name and cases you designed yourself. Returns and exchange terms
Will the colours of my case match what I see on screen?
The design you see in the preview is what gets printed; but every screen shows colours slightly differently, so the tones on the printed case may look a little different from your screen. Small colour differences caused by screen settings do not count as a production fault.

Which phone models do you make cases for?
We make cases for 24 phone models: Apple (iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16, iPhone 15, iPhone 14, iPhone 13); Samsung (Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy S26+, Galaxy S26, Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy A57, Galaxy A37); Xiaomi (Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Xiaomi 17T Pro, Xiaomi 17, Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 14 Pro). Once you pick your model, you see every design on your own phone.
My phone model isn't listed. What can I do?
We don't make cases for models that aren't listed at the moment. If you tell us your model, we'll keep it in mind when adding new ones; once a model is added, every design is available for it. Contact us
What is the case made of, and what are its features?
Silicone case: wireless charging compatible, raised protective lip around the camera, fade- and scratch-resistant print. The case is made to fit the phone model you pick.
Does the case block wireless charging?
No, the case is wireless charging compatible; you don't need to take it off to charge your phone.
Personalised and Premium
Can I put a name or a photo on my case?
Yes. On name designs you can print your name or shirt number on the case; on the Your own design page you can add your own photo and text to make a case that is completely yours. Design your own
Can I get a case made with my own photo?
Yes: on the Your own design page you upload your photo, add text and make your case yourself, then order it after seeing the result on your phone. It costs ₺649 and counts towards the buy 3, pay for 2 offer. Your photo is processed on your own device; only the finished case image reaches our server. As it is made just for you, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Design your own
What is a Premium (limited run) case?
Premium cases are limited-run designs with a print run fixed from the start; the quantity is never increased once sales begin. Every case comes with a serial number (e.g. № 06 / 09) and a QR verification code; scan the code to see which number in the run your case is. When they are all gone, the design stays sold out.
