    Good questions

Which phone models do you make cases for?

We make cases for the latest Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi models. You pick your model in the first step, see every design on that phone, and your case is made to fit that model.

How does buy 3, pay for 2 work?

For every 3 cases in your cart, one is free: if prices differ, the cheapest one is on us. It works across different designs and different phones too; the discount is applied in your cart automatically.

    Is payment secure?

Payments are taken through iyzico with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are never stored on YupCase systems.

Can I return a case with my name on it?

Ready-made designs come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Cases printed with a name or number are made just for you, so by law they are not covered by the right of withdrawal; we still replace any product with a production fault.

    When will my order ship?

Once your order is confirmed, your case is made just for you and handed to the courier. We email you the tracking number when it ships; you can also follow your order on the order tracking page.
